NJ SUPERIOR COURT TO HEAR ARGUMENTS ABOUT NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING REGULATIONS

The NJ Superior Court decided today to give NJ Municipalities challenging the implementation of the new affordable housing regulations, their day in Court. The date of December 3, 2024 has been set for the Court to consider whether or not to block the adoption of the new affordable housing obligations for NJ municipalities, which were issued on October 18, 2024 by the DCA. 22 NJ municipalities have brought this challenge to the Courts.
