About Gareth

Gareth has assisted clients in litigating and negotiating disputes over matters such as franchise agreements, real estate development deals, and construction projects. His practice has included commercial, business, and employment law and he has represented clients in numerous actions pending before the Law and Chancery divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court, the New York Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Gareth graduated, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. He also earned both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Fordham. After law school, Gareth worked for both the Federal and New Jersey judiciaries. He served as a judicial fellow to Hon. Claire C. Cecchi, a District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Thereafter, Gareth served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Thomas M. Moore, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County, Law Division. Gareth has been admitted to the bars of the courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
