Why a Blog?

There is no substitute for good old conversation. This is certainly the case with personal matters, and often the case, with professional matters as well. Thus, if you have a question, by all means pick up the telephone and give us a call. However, if you prefer, send an e-mail to any of the attorneys in our office by using the first initial of their name, then their last name, then “@wellslaw.com.”  See Contact Page.

This said, we recognize that we are now in the age of “twitter,” “facebook” and “google,” and certainly all kinds of information available on the internet. In this section of our website which we call “News Room,” you can access recent copies of our newsletter “Legal Update,” and articles from past issues. We have also added a “blog” which allows us to put short posts of information and firm news on the website for anyone who might be passing through. As you will note, if you would like to, you can comment back to us on the blog posts.

As always, please do not consider anything you read here “legal advice,” as almost all legal matters are fact sensitive. For real legal advice, do it the old fashioned way….give us a call.
