About Andrew

Andrew serves as Chair of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Development Group and also practices with the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. For nearly 20 years Andrew has appeared before land use boards and other municipal, county and state governmental agencies throughout New Jersey. His representation encompasses the entirety of the development process from the initial planning stages to post-approval compliance. Besides application work, Andrew also regularly advises clients on projects involving redevelopment and rezoning. Andrew has handled a wide array of prominent developments, including large industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, houses of worship and other commercial projects. He also represents both buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions, ranging from small multi-family developments to large industrial facilities.
