Jameson joined our team in 2021 and chairs the firm’s Litigation department. Jameson’s practice covers all facets of general litigation, including appellate practice, with a focus on commercial and contract disputes, land use and development, real estate and construction matters, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, estate litigation, and municipal court matters. Jameson also represents both developers and objectors before local planning and zoning boards, and frequently represents parties in actions in lieu of prerogative writs challenging local land use decisions and other actions taken by municipal governing bodies. Jameson also serves as counsel to planning and zoning boards in Northern New Jersey.
Prior to joining Wells, Jaworksi & Liebman, Jameson practiced with a firm in Bergen County for thirteen years, and was an associate with one of the State’s largest law firms after law school. Jameson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s College of Engineering, and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law with High Honors. When not practicing law, Jameson enjoys tennis, golf, hiking, alpine skiing, winter sports, riding motorcycles and flying single-engine aircraft.
