It appears that the Bergen County Executive does not agree with Mayor LaBarbiera’s pronouncement that the lifting of the Blue Laws in Paramus will only apply to necessary items and not all retail sales. County Executive Donovan has announced she intends to file a complaint today in New Jersey Superior Court requiring that Paramus fully lift its blue law restrictions and the Mayor has announced he will fully defend his action.
