Darrell is an Administrative Partner with the firm, sharing administration and firm management duties with Stuart Liebman and Mark Balian and is also the chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Felsenstein is active in handling commercial and general civil litigation matters as well as Appelate matters in State and Federal Courts.. Mr. Felsenstein also is involved in the firm’s Business and Corporate practice and has experience handling real estate matters. Mr. Felsenstein also extensively handles the sale and acquisition of liquor licenses throughout the state on behalf of corporations and individuals. Mr. Felsenstein is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Prior to beginning his practice, Mr. Felsenstein was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Marilyn C. Clark, J.S. C. Superior Court of New Jersey in Passaic County.

Mr. Felsenstein is a former Trustee of the Bergen County Bar Association, having served three terms and currently participates in its General Equity and Civil Practice Committees. Mr. Felsenstein also volunteers with the Speakers Bureau of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation and is a former vice president in charge of travel baseball of the Board of the Glen Rock Baseball Association and a former coach with both the Glen Rock Baseball Association and Glen Rock Soccer Association. Mr. Felsenstein has also been chosen as one of the top lawyers for 2018 as selected by his peers in 201 Magazine. Mr. Felsenstein also has had the honor of being appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as attorney member of the District IIA Fee Arbitration Committee.
