Mount Laurel Doctrine Update
The Mount Laurel Doctrine, mandated by the NJ Supreme Court nearly 40 years ago, remains a bit in limbo. A recent court decision keeps control over major questions of the implementation of low and moderate income housing with the Council on Affordable Housing(“COAH”).
