Jim Jaworski Quoted After Recent Court Decision on ShopRite in Wyckoff

The construction of a 62,042-square-foot ShopRite cleared another hurdle earlier this month, as a Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Inserra Supermarkets and the Wyckoff Planning Board, upholding their arguments that a conflict of interest involving traffic expert Gary Dean did not exist.

Jim Jaworski, partner here at Wells, Jaworski & Liebman, LLP as counsel for Inserra Supermarket was recently quoted in NorthJersey.com News on January 9, over Judge Meehan’s decision: “Obviously we’re delighted that the court agreed that the Planning Board made all the right moves.”

Remaining issues are yet to be decided in the upcoming months although this is certainly another step in the righ direction.  We will continue to keep you posted on Inserra’s progress.
