About Joe

Joseph A. D’Urso III is an associate attorney in the Tax, Trusts and Estates Department, where he focuses on providing comprehensive estate planning, trust, and estate administration services. Joe advises clients on a wide range of estate planning strategies and Surrogate’s Court matters, helping them avoid common pitfalls that could lead to costly litigation.

Before joining Wells, Jaworski & Liebman, LLP, Joe gained valuable experience practicing in the Trusts & Estates Department, as well as the Probate and Administration Department, at firms in Pearl River, New York and Red Bank, New Jersey.

While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Rockland County Surrogate Court, further honing his expertise in estate matters.
