Court Rules in Favor of ShopRite in Wyckoff

“We are delighted with the decision on behalf of Larry Inserra, the ShopRite family and the township of Wyckoff,” said James Jaworski, attorney for Inserra Supermarkets.  These words came after a 65-page decision rendered by Judge Meehan affirming the Wyckoff Planning Board’s approval for a 64,042 square-foot ShopRite supermarket on Greenwood Avenue.

This dispute lasted over 5 years and consisted of numerous hearings and the ultimate dismissal of plaintiff’s 19 count complaint in opposition of Inserra and Grossman Partnership’s efforts to operate a ShopRite on the premises.

This is a big victory for Larry Inserra and the ShopRite family, Grossman Partnership, and Wells, Jaworski & Liebman, LLP and all involved in this effort.
